I WANT TO WHETHER SALE OF DEPB LICENCE IS TAXABLE UNDER KARNATAKA VALUE ADDED TAX.

Sales tax is a state subject and depends upon state government notification. Some states are charging VAT on DEPB transfer like U.P. delhi, haryana and punjab .
