what is the rate of depriciation on websites as per companies act ?

Refer AS-26 on intangible asset. Website development charges are is to be amortised in 5 years.

Cost of website is 'revenue expenditure' hence question of depreciation doesn't arise under Companies Act and Income tax Act as well.
