Pls tell wht is the highest rate of dep for assessment year 2017-18 for block of assests. For computers and books

depreciation rate on computer is 60% as per IT Act

If the assessee is professional than depreciation rate on books is 60%
Annual Publication Books 100%
For Library 100%
