Demand u/s 143(1)

Today (09/11/11) I have received an Intimation u/s 143(1) dt. 27/08/2011 raising the demand of Rs. 2000. But I had already filed a Revised Return u/s 139(5) on 12/9/2011 with NIL Tax Liabilty.
Do I still need to pay the Demand raised???
What should be the best way to be on safer side?
