Demand raised for 09-10 ay

Deamand raised for ay 09-10. I have not received any intimation. In 2011 , just received one intimation for transfer on processing of it to AO. After that i have not received any info. Now while checking online , came to know about refund raised issues. My tax is deducted as tds only. I dont see any pending tax as per my knowledge. Pls advise.
