26 November 2012 On Income Tax Portal there is showing Demand u/s 141(1) for A.Y. 2001-02 & 2004-05 regarding one of my firm's client.I don't have the copy of order u/s 141(1.When I tried to make a request for Copy of Intimation at portal, there were options only starting from A.Y. 2008-09.Can anybody tell me how I can get copy of intimation as my clients don't have the same.Also what should I do now?

26 November 2012 Try to ignore the same. CBDT has issued instructions to the assessing officer for such a MISCHIEF creating data on site. IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
