15 June 2015 Sir,
In Ass Year 14-15,
1. Rs. 138112/- was deducted from salary by employer.
2. I file ITR-1 claiming that amount of Rs. 138112/- has been paid on account of my tax.
3. Form 16 & 26AS also showing the same account deposited.
4. I got a demand notice of Rs. 48620/-in Dec-14 claiming that only Rs. 94968/- has been deposited.
5. i file rectification in dec-14.but now in june-15 after reprocessing i received same demand.
one mistake was done by my employer that, by mistake from oct-13 to jan-14. they deposited my tax amount to some other employee PAN and they corrected it later after march-14.

1.Please suggest me what shall i do.
2. As per my Pan no my juridiction is Aligarh, my earlier poting. but now i am in delhi and i have also written Ward circle in my IT return - delhi circle.
so, i case of contacting to AO where should i go.
kindly help me out.

15 June 2015 Check your 26AS even in June-15 it is not rectified that is why you received demand. If not reflecting the correct amount request your employer correct it again. Where you filed your return E return or manual return.

15 June 2015 Thanks for your kind response,
As per form 26AS it is ok, even before filling my return i had taken form26AS and it was ok.
but demand is being raised even after reprosessing.

15 June 2015 call cpc bangluru and tell them the problem they will tell you the technical solution.

16 June 2015 You can reach ACIT/DCIT in CPC Bengaluru through e-mail or even ombudsman Delhi stating your issue.

Also give reference of CBDT Instruction No. 275/29/2014-IT(B), Dated 1 June 2015.

16 June 2015 I talk to CPC call centre. They guided me to apply for rectification, earlier i had applied for reprocess the case. now they told to apply for rectification not to reprocess. i have gone through the same. let us hope it will corrected.
