Hi experts,
I have received demand notice for the FY 2010-11, but i have paid all the taxes . And in Form 26AS, the tax what we paid is present.
Now i have a doubt, do i need to file retification letter stating the demand payment stating in it return have already paid.
Please reply as soon as possible.

Yes, you have to file rectification letter along with printed copy of form 26AS downloaded.
