Demand in CPC

Hello, ITR for ay 20-21 filed and processed with a refund.A demand was exists for ay 12-13 and after that the demand was nullified by local incometax office by a order passing u/s 154. Now how to obtain refund from CPC. Pl share Valuable opinions
