We are sending goods to our dealer local from Delhi to Delhi on Vat.

Now this dealer transfer this goods own three shop one haryana, uttar pardesh,bihar
My question is this how many amount claim as a tax input in delhi

21 March 2010 Input tax is the amount of VAT stated in the purchase bill/invoice and output tax is the amount stated in the sale bill/invoice.In each case there is a buyer/seller situation, so accordingly the VAT will apply.
