Delay penalty of tds

IF 7th is sunday and i paid tds on 8th i.e monday will there will be any penalty for the same ?

No there will be no penalty. Due date of deposit of tax deducted at source/tax collected at source during the month of September, 2014 has been extended upto 10th Oct 2014. See below link for detail notification--
