delay in submitting form 108

sir, there was 2 months delay in submitting form 108. my employer also sent condonation letter to the institute. but they said they have not received. it's been too late. my articleship was completed in march 2016. I have the scanned copy of same. please reply what can I do for further process. thanks

send the letter once again.....if you have copy of the earlier letter.... well and good..... if not....send a fresh
