There will be no delay from the next year onward as -

Section 234(F) is likely to be promulgated
by the next Budget.
.
Through this new Section a Late Fee of Rs 250/- per day will be provided to the assessee by the responsible department officials in case there is a delay in issuing refund to the assessee.

Will you like such provision in the IT Act ???
