Delay in income tax refund.

01 February 2012 Dear sir,
My online Income Tax Return has been processed on 15-11-2011 with status of refund determined. However,till date I am waiting for my refund cheque. On the 1st week of Jan. 2012, when I contected on helpline nos,they told me to wait for some time. Even January month has been passed, but there no responce on refund status link at TIN website. what can I do, please advice me.

02 February 2012 Checking Your Refund Status Online
Here is how you go about it.

Log in to the NSDL website https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refundstatuslogin.html.
Enter your Permanent Account Number (PAN) in the available box. Choose the assessment year for which you desire to know the status and then click on submit.
If your refund particulars has already been sent to the refund banker i.e. to State Bank of India,Mumbai details will be displayed in the coming screen.
If the result is -Ve, contact CPC B'lore again over phone.
