Delay in giving appeal effect to cit(a) order by ao

Respected Sir / Madam,

Its more than 1.5 years since when the CIT(A) order was passed in my favor, but until now, Neither the Appeal effect to such order is given, Nor the amount recovered as demand by the Income Tax Dept, during appeal proceedings, is being Returned until now.

So, being an aggreived assessee, what shall I do to get the appeal effect & such pending refund at its earliest???

PLEASE HELP & GUIDE ME....

07 April 2015 1. File application along with the order copy, before the concerned ITO for return the money and wait for his response.

2. In case, ITO not ready to issue cheque, then ask him to give his reply in writing.

3. Contact any reputed CA in your city or contact us on shetty@ssrshetty.co.in

Sir,

I have visited & asked ITO for number of times for such appeal effect & Issue of cheque for such amount of refund, but no proper response from their end.

So, please HELP ME with my above asked question........PLEASE.........
