Delay in filing of FORM INC 20A

A Company was incorporated in July 2019 but the Bank account was opened and share money was deposited in April 2020. Whether INC 20A can be filed. What are the consequences?

you have to file it otherwise it leads to non compliance u/s 10A (2) and 10A(3) of companies Act,2013. Moreover, you have already delayed in filing the form and Rs. 1000/day penalty also imposed. you have to give justifiable grounds why delay has been done.
