Dear Experts,
One of my friends completed his articleship on 31.07.2010. He didn't File Form 108 due to genuine reasons. Please help me what he should do at this moment. if he need to file the form 108 today.

a condonation letter signed by his/her employer, DD of 1000 in favor of the Secretary, the Institute of chartered accountants of India and duly filled up form No. 108

Fee is Rs.1,000/- since the delay is more than 180 days.
