Delay in ca final attempt

14 September 2017 Hello Experts.
I have joined firm for articleship on 11.04.16 and will take transfer on 31.10.2017 i.e. the last day of my articleship in the firm would be 31.10.2017 and from the date of 1st nov 2017 i will join another firm. If my leaves in previous firm is 100 days , does my attempt get delay from November 2018 to May 2019.?

14 September 2017 leaves have no bearing on the period of articleship under transfer.

14 September 2017 But sir as far as i know only the 1/6th of period served will be allowed as leaves which i can take forward and accordingly excess leaves will be adjusted. So this all can delay my attempt. Plz help so accordingly i can decide.

14 September 2017 you know the half side of the provision.....
The issue of excess LEAVE, if any is to be reckoned at the time of completion of articlship and NOT at the time of transfer.
