13 December 2007 in case of a company who is availing tax holiday under section 80ic/ib/ia,is it necessary to make dtl,keeping into consideration that company is in a tax holiday(and there is no requirement to maintain any dtl and i know that there is no cash inflow in this case)with supporting reasons in detail.

17 December 2007 Yes you may calculate DTL ,what is coming after holiday period , in other wards deffered tax what is originating as timing difference which is reversable during holiday period should not be recognised but orginating timing difference capable for reversal after holiday period should recognise in the year of origin .

17 December 2007 All DTL has to be recoganised.
however DTA should be recoganized only when there is virtual certainity of arising of future incomes to absorb the DTA.

27 December 2007 tds in the case of corrugated box .some body please help me in finding out ,whether tds should be deducted in this case with circular , section refference.
