27 May 2010 A Pvt ltd comapny starts business but incurres a loss for 2 succesive years. deferered tax liabilty on variation in depreciation in recognized.However for the tratment for business loss excluding deprecaition, whether deferred tax has to considered?

27 May 2010 If there is "virtual certainty" with convincing evidence that sufficient income will generate in the ensuing year DTA can be recognized.
