30 May 2021 E-FILLINGINCOMETAXINDIA>MY ACCOUNT>FILED RETURN/FORMS SHOWS THAT THE RETURN FOR THE A.Y. 2020-21 IS DEFECTIVE, DEFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SENT TO ME ON 05/03/2021 U/S 139(9). IN FACT, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMUNICATION/ORDER/DIN EITHER OVER MAIL OR SMS. 3 REQUESTS SENT OUT TO CPC>PROCESSING THROUGH E-NIVARAN, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REPLY. WANT OF PROPER DIN/ORDER OF THE CPC - I AM UNABLE TO GENERATE XML U/S 139(9) TO UPLOAD THE SAME THROUGH E-FILE>RESPONSE TO NOTICE U/S 139(9). YOUR KIND SUGGESTION IS SOLICITED.

File ITR again before end of the month.

30 May 2021 File under 139(4) belated return.

05 June 2021 The matters have been stated above and as per your advised, tried to file said return U/s 139(4) by suppressing original ack number and date of filling return U/s 139(1) but at the time of submission, message came, return had already been filled and lastly the return u/s 139(5) has been filled. Return filled as usual like u/s 139(1) with adding B/S and P/L a/c. In fact, for non furnishing said B/S and P/L a/c, in return filled u/s 139(1), caught as defective by the CPC. Non receiving of CPC defective ORIGINAL communication, CPC were requested TWICE through e-Nivaran to send me copy of said notice so that return u/s 139(9) be filled by 31/05/2021 PROPOSED. But I did not receive any resolution. Kindly advise.
