can defective ITR RETURN-4 for AY 12-13 sumbited for tds refund claim of Rs 1600 only. comuunication
date from it dept 18-6-14. at present status of return for AY 12-13 is show in e-filing poratal is - not determined till date. so , please advicce. thanks......

Why are you calling it as DEFECTIVE? Any particular reason?

it is not defective. till dept. not intimate u about the defect.

its called defective because commission income 16000 not entared by mistake and already declared dfective and date of communication given above. so, can I submit it? present status in e-filing after login show as - not determined. please advice. thanks.......
