30 January 2011 Sir,
Please inform me about the remedies available and also the prcoceadure in case of defective form 36 filed before the Hon'ble ITAT. The appeal was filed on the last date of IInd appeal filing, which had turned out to be defective.

And a notice of which(for filing defective form-36)has been issued to the assessee by the Hon'ble ITAT.
