21 October 2017 One of our pvt ltd company is deemed public company as per section 2(71) of companies act 2013. My query is as this is deemed public company so we would have to appoint company Secretary and KMP and too?

21 October 2017 1. If paid up capital is = or > 10 crores, appointment of KMP is necessary.

2.If paid up capital is = or > 5 crores, appointment of CS is necessary.
