10 August 2012 A private ltd company has become deemed public company as per sec 43b of the Companies Act. As a result, the company has to named without the words "private Limited"

The company wants the name "Private Limited" to be inserted. Is it possible to do

If so, what is the procedure



10 August 2012 Provisions relation to deemed public limited company is under sec 43A not 43B.

By virtue of the provision and consequence of title deemed public limited company. The company shall include all the provisions of PVT ltd company and cannot typographically use the name limited in any correspondence.
