ABC IS A FIRM CONVERTED INTO COMPANY. IN FIRMS ACCOUNTS THERE ARE LOANS OUTSTANDING FROM THE SHAREHOLDERS. AFTER CONVERSION INTO COMPANY WHETHER DEEMED DIVIDEND WOULD APPLY?
