24 September 2013 Dear Sir

We want to start a sole proprietorship firm. Do we have to make a deed for that respect. Please also provide a sample copy of deed or any other similar document for the same.

Please oblige.

24 September 2013 no there is no requirement for a deed for a sole proprietorship firm. there is only one party to the transaction! so whats the point in making a deed. A deed is signed wherein more than one party is involved.
