is it possible to file a one shipping bill under advance authorisation scheme for export product and duty drawback -[brand rate fixation] for duty paid packing materials . if so where we have to submit original E.P. copy of shipping [dgft or customs ] provision is there? please clarify N.G.Shankar 900342567

It is highly advisable to export under Advance Authorization Scheme and Duty Draw Back Scheme separately by filing two shipping bills. This obviates the problem so that original copy of shipping bill under respective schemes can be submitted to authorities concerned - Customs and DGFT.
