whether dasara baksish paid ,, can be allowed as an expenditure??? (Acc to income tax act)

if it is paid to employees than u can claim it under head staff welfare exps,. or misc. exps.
If it is paid to non employees than it is not admissible.
If it is paid to non employees than it is not admissible.
