Whether a Donation of Rs.2100/-paid to Gaushala towards Grass to Cows notified under section 80G of I.T Act by Deptt. can be claimed @50% of such Doantion in the hand of partnership Firm or not.

If it is notified under sec 80G.You can claim 50% of such donation in computation. But it will be disallowed if debited in P/L Account.Hence added back to PGBP Income while preparing Computation of Taxable Income.
