is there is any limit in case of tution fees paid during the financial year to claim deduction under section 80c

No limit. It can be claimed for any amount upto Rs. 1 Lacs. But Pls remember Rs. 1 Lac limit is for all investments collectively. Tuition fees is just a part of that.

Overall limit one lacs.
