If LIC Policy is due on 31/3/2014 but policy is paid After 31.03.2014 but before due date of filling of return then Assesse can claim deduction under 80C in AY 2015-16 or not?

No, You can claim LIC Premium When it is actually Paid. 80 C you can claim in the year of Payment.
