what will be the tax implications if husband invest in fixed deposit in the name of wife where both files income tax returns respectively,then who will be eligible for claiming such amount of investment as deduction ?.

If Wife filing Income tax She can claim the Investment of FD for 5 Years under Tax saving FD.
