Can i can get the deduction under 80C for LIC PAID on behalf of my nephew,please let me know so that i can claim for the same as soon as possible

Not eligible. Please see section 80C(4)(a)(i).

This deduction can be claimed for premiums paid towards insuring:-
- Self,
- Spouse,
-Dependent children and
- any member of Hindu Undivided Family.
