Whether the deductions made to temples through credit card eligible for deduction u/sec 80G ??

No it is not eligible.

If the Temple issues 80G certificate and is registered as a Charitable Trust under the Income Tax Act 1961 then only the benefit of deduction can be taken.
Only because payment is made through credit card does not make the temple a Charitable Trust
