28 November 2012 I am a proprietorship concern eligible for deduction U/S-80IC. Will I be able to get deduction U/S-80C for my Personal income and Deduction U/S-80IC for the income of my proprietorship concern in my IT Return?

28 November 2012 individual and proprietorship are one and same so far as income tax is concerned. SO you can claim both ... if your case satisfies the conditions of 80C and 80IC
