I have filed online return claiming deduction u/s. 80gg. I have a doubt that where I have to file declaration in form 10BA? Whether I have to file form 10BA online or to A.O? and the procedure of filing declaration? Is it mandatory to file declaration in case of online return filing? What are the steps for online submission of form 10BA?

at present all return of income tax file annexure less then you have to preserve the all the proof and document for that claim, for future query.
