26 June 2016 I have filed online return claiming deduction u/s. 80gg. I have a doubt that where I have to file declaration in form 10BA? Whether online or to A.O? and the procedure of filing declaration? Is it mandatory to file declaration in case of online return filing?

26 June 2016 yes it is mandatory to file 10BA Form during the claim of 80GG. It is advisable that you should submit this form before filling return but you can also submit this form even after filling this form after loin in on Income tax site otherwise AO reject your deduction and issue a demand.
