my income from salary & my daugter is autism (75%) as per Chief Medical Officer Certificate (CMO) from a Govt Hospital can i claim deduction u/s 80 u & how much Rupees.

If Assessee himself is suffering from any disability then he can claim 80U. in ur case no deduction u/s 80U

Rather u can claim it u/s 80DD Rs. 50000/-.
