Dear Sir,
Our company is in Pre operative stage & does not have any source of income except Interest on Fixed Deposit. My Question is if we make payment to Approve charitable Trust, then whether we are entitled to claim deduction are not.

if your total income is positive.. you can claim deduction u/s 80G to the extent available.
