CAN I CLAIM DEDUCTION U/S 54EC IN RESPECT OF LONG TERM CAPITAL GAIN ON SALE OF UNLISTED SHARES ?

No, the benefit of Section 54EC would only be available on sale of Land or Building (whether Residential or Non-Residential).

54EC is available only against sale of immovable property.
