Deduction u/s 35ac

Iam an individual assessee and I have made a donation to institution which is qualifying for 100% deduction under section 35AC.In my return how to claim this deduction as I have income only from salary and no business income.

dear ganesh,
you cannot claim 35AC deduction if only have salary income. you can, however, claim deduction under 80GGA.
