Acc. to sec 35 of ITA when research work is given to outsiders how much deduction can the outsider that is the university or the institution can claim

Asper section 35(1) (ii) /(iii) of ITA , 125% deduction of payment will be available subject to
a) Unversity or Institution must be approved by the Cental govt.
b)object and other rules & provision of research to be as notified by the govt
