Can deduction of unrealized rent be claimed from Notional Rent from Self - Occupied 2nd House Property?

Deduction of unrealized rent can be claimed only in case where the house has been actually let out.
In case of deemed to be let out house there CANNOT be any unrealized rent because the deeming provisions assumes that the rent has been received which is why it is taxable.
