if in a receipt tuition fee is not clearly mentioned. instead of that monthly fee has been charged then whether a person can take deduction of that amount under section 80C
You can certainly claim deduction if the receipt is from an education institution and you have all monthly receipts. But yet if fact of the same has been questioned, the onus to prove the same lies upon you.
