I'm having the query regarding TDS applicability to companies not fall in Tax Audit u/s 44AB.
So, should TDS provisions applicable to this companies?

YES TDS PROVISIONS APPLICABLE ON COMPANY WHETHER THEY ARE LIABLE TO TAX AUDIT OR NOT.

YES, TDS PROVISION ARE APPLIED TO ALL COMPANIES WHETEHR IT IS UNDER TAX AUDIT LIMIT OR NOT.

Yes, TDS is applicable to companies irrespective of applicability of tax audit under section 44AB.
