23 December 2011 We had given packing contract to one individual. he is giving invoice which is in his own name but not company. he had submitted individual pan card. clarify how much tds should i deduct from his bill

Threshold limit:

Single Bill Rs 30000/-

Annual Payment Rs 75000/- p.a.
