17 January 2020 Dir sir,
I am asking for the topic of HRA deduction, my query is.. if a landlord is not giving his pan number, So how can claim a HRA deduction in FY 2018-19, any solution of this query or action of landlord please help me urgent sir

17 January 2020 You have to compulsory furnish PAN of landlord inorder to claim rent benifit above 8000/Pm, if he not willing than you don't have other option hold rent or vacate premises or claim benifit rent 8000/_ max 100000/- PA
