Dir sir, I am asking for the topic of HRA deduction, my query is.. if a landlord is not giving his pan number, So how can claim a HRA deduction in FY 2018-19, any solution of this query or action of landlord please help me urgent sir Thanks.

You have to compulsory furnish PAN of landlord inorder to claim rent benifit above 8000/Pm, if he not willing than you don't have other option hold rent or vacate premises or claim benifit rent 8000/_ max 100000/- PA
