Deduction from directors salary

30 July 2011 Dear experts,

Please tell me what is the limit under section 10 for following

1) If a director is paying salary to Driver from his own pocket for using car for personal & Official purpose.

Then can he deduct salary paid to driver from His own salary ? IF yes what is limit ?

2) Also can he deduct petrol expenditure for such car against his Salary income.
