I m going to open a proprietary firm for the software development business. I want to know how much deducation I can claim on the salaries that I pay to my employes. Assuming my annual earning to be 12 lakh and the salary paid to emploees is 6 lakh. Is there any upper limit on the deductions of employee salary. Under which section, can I claim this deduction. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
